The Quicken level II suggested I call Schwab and I was able to conference in a Schwab level II on the same call. ![]() I contacted Schwab and got a call back from a level II tech who said it was a Quicken problem I contacted Quicken and a level II tech called back and said it was a Schwab problem. When this started in November, I thought the problem was Moneydance so I downloaded Quicken but got the same result. ![]() I have called back numerous times and was told "the developers are working on it." I have had an open ticket for this issue with Schwab since Thanksgiving and they can't seem to figure it out. This is not a Moneydance/Plaid problem, it is a Schwab problem. The developers made a mistake that has created a download problem for Moneydance/Plaid, e.g., accounts missing, transactions not downloading, etc. ![]() In November Schwab updated their "Consent for Third Party Access" policy and procedure. ![]()
